-Assembly, Install, modify and repair computer hardware, software and peripherals
-Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computers systems, software and hardware
-Respond to persons queries over the phone, portal or email -Maintain daily performance of computer systems
-Coordinate preventive maintenance for equipment
-Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN and other system -Follow up with clients to ensure issues has been resolved
-Review and update Help Desk documentation as assigned
-Cabling
- Run PM Overhaul on all Clients and server via Holding IT policy.
- Manages software installations according to user requests
- Maintains and checks licenses of software that need license
- Installs new notebooks & Manages user accounts
- Responds to requests for a technical assistance or an information via phone, email or other communication tools
- Diagnoses and resolves technical IT hardware and software issues
Requirements
- BS in Computer Engineering (Software, Hardware), IT or Computer Science.
- 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Mastery of concepts CCNA، CCNP, MCSE, VMWARE
- Introduction to Information Security Concepts ISO27001
- Dominate support and principles help desk
- Highly flexible, high tolerance and ability to work under pressure
- Self-Motivated person
- Having good social skills to communicate with other members and team work
