Mohammadian Group, established in 2011 and located in Babolsar, is seeking a skilled Software Project Manager. This role involves overseeing software development projects, ensuring successful delivery, and aligning with our company's commerce-driven goals. As a Software Project Manager in our IT - Software & Web Development category, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to closure
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project planning, execution, and delivery
- Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with company goals
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring timely completion
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to software development standards and best practices
- Manage project budget and resource allocation efficiently
- Provide regular project updates to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software project management
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Java, Python, ASP.Net, and PHP
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer, Hardware, or Software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
