Job Description

- Manage user requests for new features, evaluate, analyze and prioritized them to then be implemented into development schedule. - Responsible for planning, supervising and verification of software projects - coordinate products from inception to completion - Monitor and control project performance and evaluate actual progress - Assist in the maintenance of software development process - work as a main contact point among software team and business team to gain approval, demo and project kick off. - Provide regular project status report to all stakeholders - Responsible for working closely with Senior Project Managers in coordination to meet the project goals and objectives. - Provides daily scheduling, reporting, tracks project progress, and creates project documentation using software such as MS Project and Primavera (P6). - Gathers, analyzes, translates and delivers information in clear, concise and meaningful formats based on specific project and/or program requirements and according to established project control standards and procedures. Provides the project manager support in scheduling, documentation, and communication. Creates updates, and manages the project schedule. - Assists in information collection and validations. - Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required - Establishes, implements and monitors the availability, quality, consistency, accuracy and usefulness of project reports and Key Performance Indicators for use at the project individual contributor level up to executive management

Requirements

-BS/MS degree in IT, Computer Science or related field. -Working knowledge of MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. -Familiar with the Software Development Life-cycle and project management techniques and methodologies -Familiar with programming languages , SQL Server and BPMN -Thorough knowledge of Software project management methods and tools -Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build a rapport with individuals at all levels and have a personable yet professional communication style. -Excellent analytical and problem solving skills -Good attention to detail, organizational and planning skills. -Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills -Ability to handle pressure to meet Project deadline
