- Document and analyze key client organizational processes.
- Effectively plan and document project phases, and manage the ongoing development of functional specifications
through discovery, implementation, testing, deployment, and training.
- Define common access rights, such as private, public read and public read/write permission for accessing the CRM
data across the organization.
- Provide training and ongoing support for internal users related to the systems.
- Contribute to the development of a strategic vision of how the sales and marketing team can use CRM data to bring
about positive change.
- Develop new plugins, workflows and web services in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Requirements
- B.S. /M.S. Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- 3 years of working experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM administration.
- Enough in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015
- Experience in installing, deploying and Customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Knowledge of .NET/C#, SSRS, SQL server and JAVA Script
- Must be a self-guided, creative, highly organized and motivated individual
