About the Opportunity

We are looking for Backend, Frontend or Full-Stack Developers to help build digital platforms, financial dashboards, and intelligent services. Responsibilities will match each candidate’s expertise and experience. Applicants are not expected to master every technology listed below.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to software design, development, and maintenance.

• Develop backend services and APIs or implement responsive user interfaces.

• Work with databases, application data, and external integrations as relevant to the role.

• Build features such as authentication, dashboards, charts, and reports.

• Write tests, troubleshoot issues, and improve software security, quality, and performance.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product colleagues and contribute to documentation.

Required Skills by Specialization

Backend:

• Practical proficiency in Python.

• Experience with FastAPI or Django; Flask is also acceptable.

• Working knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Familiarity with SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.

• Understanding of authentication, access controls, and secure development fundamentals.

Frontend:

• Practical proficiency in React and JavaScript, with familiarity with TypeScript.

• Strong HTML, CSS, and responsive design skills.

• Understanding of components, hooks, state management, and routing.

• Experience integrating APIs and implementing forms and authentication flows.

Full-Stack:

• Ability to develop and connect frontend interfaces and backend services.

• Experience with React and a backend technology such as Python or Node.js.

• Ability to work with databases and build or integrate APIs.

Shared Skills: Git, debugging, testing fundamentals, and collaborative software development.

Nice to Have

Next.js, Tailwind CSS, state management, interactive charts, multilingual interfaces and RTL support, Docker, Redis, Celery, CI/CD, and asynchronous programming.

Experience with financial products, transaction processing, trading integrations, digital wallets, or AI services is also an advantage.

Personal Qualities and Experience Level
