-Execute the social media strategy across, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram, and others for Changal brand.
-Developing and directing social media strategy in partnership with marketing Manager
-Create and publish of timely, relevant, high-quality content. Own and maintain the social media editorial calendar for all Changal owned channels.
-Identify loyalists and influencers within our social media communities that can be activated to drive brand preference
-Develop, coordinate and execute the day-to-day operations of social media strategy, content development, and customer engagement
-Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
-Development of brand awareness and online reputation
-Leverage Social best-practices across all Social tactics
-Creating and analyzing social media activity reports
Requirements
-3+ years relevant experience
-A deep understanding of the social media industry and trends
-Experience with tools like Spredfast, Sprinkler, Hoot suite, etc., a plus
-Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills
- Experience writing and presenting ROI-driven marketing campaign plans
-Solid communication skills - both written and speaking (English)
-Experience in copy writing, Creativity, cross-collaboration ability, and a “make it happen†spirit
-Video editing skills is a big plus
-Design skill
