Job Description

Sheedsun is currently seeking a skilled 100% Traveling Electrical Project Manager to lead the effort in coordinating the Electrical scopes on utility-sized solar projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing the electrical scopes of work and success in working with superintendents, project managers, and the rest of the project team to ensure successful completion of the Electrical scopes of work. The Site Manager is the primary leader in the field and is directly accountable for the safety, financial performance, and team development on site. The Site Manager will lead the project team in the construction of the entire project. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a strong relationship with the subcontractors, client, and Supervisor.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering required. ● Advanced knowledge of electrical construction principles/ practices required. ● 7+ years of experience in managing electrical construction projects. ● Experience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors, and self-perform work. ● Experience leading successful project teams, including the development of employees and maintaining relationships with external entities. ● Excellent organizational, team management, problem-solving, and motivational skills. ● Ability to travel 100% nationwide.
