- Correspond with representatives, and customers and cooperate with relevant sales experts.
- Manage and supervise export and import procedures and documents and all related matters.
- Update sales experts and customers on the latest shipping status.
- Prepare transport and port documents.
Requirements
- Useful experience in shipping companies.
- Familiarity with English for correspondence and conversation.
- Familiarity with import and export affairs.
- Familiarity with shipping software (OTMS).
- High sense of responsibility and customer orientation.
- Interested in teamwork.
