● Monitor the performance of agency activity. ● Monitor and coordinate the handling of bulk shipments. ● Continue good and close relationships with all key accounts, customers, and operators. ● Focus on business quality in line with the company image. ● Sort out problems to meet customers' entire satisfaction. ● Minimize risk within the area of responsibility, adding solutions to our valuable customers. ● Keep in contact with customers and marketing company business in order to find a good opportunity. ● Make sure that all vessel requirements delivering on time and met masters' satisfaction. ● Check and monitor invoices and D/A before signing off.
