Job Description

-Hire, train, and develop a team of IT professionals -Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise the day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting, customer service issues, approvals, and installations -Technology lead of all infrastructure services including servers, operating system builds, services, applications, databases, storage, hosting, configuration management, asset life-cycle, virtualization, cloud solutions, backups, and disaster recovery -Responsible for ongoing service delivery (attainment of SLAs, customer satisfaction, and processes and quality standards to support operations -Measure, monitor, and maintain team’s ability to meet or exceed contact and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLA) -Establish and maintain a positive, productive relationship with operational partners and staff -Develop high-level technical solutions, sustainable processes and standards in order to achieve the vision of smart manufacturing -Introduction of new technologies through pilots and implementation projects -Drive standardization, centralization and digitalization projects -Monitor and assess cyber security threats and define remediation activities -Develop and maintain documentation relating to all assigned systems and user cases -Assist in defining data governance policies and procedures like disaster recovery plans

Requirements

-At least 8 years of experience in similar fields -Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems -Understanding IT process framework especially ITIL -Deep knowledge for cisco devices and systems -Deep knowledge for GNU Linux/UNIX systems -Knowledge for network devices -Familiar with programming languages like Java, C++, Python -Familiar with Cloud technologies -Organized and disciplined -Good listener and great communicator -Negotiation and communication skills -Leadership skills -Good Knowledge of Project management
