POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly capable Service Designer to design and optimize end-to-end service experiences across our OTT ecosystem. You will focus on how users, systems, processes, and teams interact across multiple touchpoints and channels, ensuring services are coherent, scalable, and user-centered.
Your responsibilities include:
· Designing end-to-end service journeys across digital and operational touchpoints
· Mapping customer journeys, service blueprints, and stakeholder ecosystems
· Identifying friction points, gaps, and opportunities within complex systems
· Conducting and synthesizing user research and participatory design activities
· Translating insights into clear service concepts and actionable recommendations
· Using AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, documentation, and iteration
This role supports a hybrid working model, designed to enable deep focus and high-quality execution, while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment with the core team.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
· Mapping a full-service journey from user entry to long-term engagement
· Analyzing user and operational data with AI-assisted tools
· Facilitating alignment between product, engineering, and operations
· Designing service blueprints that connect user experience with backend processes
· Testing assumptions through early validation and real-world feedback
· Iterating service models based on insights and constraints
SKILLS
Service & Systems Design Skills
· Strong experience in service design, journey mapping, and service blueprints
· Ability to understand and design within complex, multi-channel systems
· Experience working across product, tech, and operations
AI & Research
· Ability to use AI tools for research synthesis, mapping, and analysis
· Strong analytical and problem-framing skills
Soft Skills
· High autonomy and ownership
