The IranTalent Marketing Team is expanding and looking for an experienced, strategic, and technically skilled SEO Specialist.

Responsibilities
• Design and execute SEO strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and identify opportunities for traffic growth
• Analyze competitors and develop content strategies for target pages
• Optimize site structure, URLs, headings, and internal linking (On-page SEO)
• Implement technical improvements to enhance crawlability, indexation, site speed, and Core Web Vitals
• Plan and execute off-page strategies, including link-building and digital PR campaigns
• Analyze data from Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs to identify improvement areas.
• Build and manage a content calendar and collaborate closely with the content team
• Prepare analytical reports on SEO performance and recommend actionable growth strategies
Technical Skills & Expertise
Proficiency in:
• Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Technical SEO concepts: crawl budget, canonicalization, structured data, schema markup, indexation, page speed, rendering
• Full understanding of On-page / Off-page / Technical SEO
• Keyword Research and Content Gap Analysis
• SEO-driven content strategy design
• UX concepts, CTR optimization, and conversion rate improvement for target pages
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of speed testing, image optimization tools, and CDNs

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of professional SEO experience

• Ability to present demonstrable SEO case studies (site links & keyword examples)
• Working knowledge of English for reading documentation and analyzing tools
