•Main Objective -Work with highly professional and friendly teammates and managers, best in their class -Receive recognition and appreciation for your achievements and fair compensation with performance bonus -Develop your talent to its fullest extent •Main Responsibilities: -Market research and competitive environment analysis of focus sectors -Identify, research, and analyze M&A opportunities -Perform extensive analysis of a company's market position and competitive landscape -Conduct extensive company and industry analysis coupled with a detailed review of the financial statements of the target companies -Develop financial and operational models, investment and valuation analysis including (but not limited to) DCF and multiple methods -Attend meetings with the clients and present analysis -Prepare and contribute to delivery of client and management presentations -Prepare information memoranda and other transaction-related documentations
Requirements
-Master or undergraduate degree in finance and related fields from the top-tier universities is strongly preferred -Between 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, valuation, finance, or related fields -Modeling and valuation experience -Strong communication and team working skills -Outstanding analytical and research skills -Capability of involvement in long-term projects -Strong ability to multitask and prioritize competing interests -Highly organized and able to spearhead projects with minimal supervision -Meticulous attention to details -High energy and positive attitude -Proficiency with MS Office Suite -Having passed CFA exams is a plus -Proficiency in English
