POSITION SUMMARY

We're seeking an experienced, innovative Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and bring their design expertise to life. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized designer who is passionate about creating user-centric experiences that make a difference. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the overall user experience and interface design of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UX/UI design, a strong eye for detail, and a creative approach to problem solving. You should be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under tight deadlines, work as a conceptual and visual architect of our clients’ experiences and effectively support and execute various design activities like:

- Research: Conduct thorough user research and gather information and inspiration to develop visual concepts and guide the artistic execution of a project

- Strategy: Define clear goals, develop a strong concept, select appropriate visual elements, and implement and evaluate the chosen direction

- Design: Lead UX/UI design for web and mobile applications, creating wireframes, prototypes, and responsive interfaces with focus on the visual storytelling and aesthetic appeal of a digital product, ensuring a functional and engaging user experience

- Illustration: Brainstorm, sketch, and develop visual concepts, create storyboards and mockups, or any other illustrations needed, and collaborate with other teams to ensure design consistency across various mediums

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, present designs to stakeholders, and mentor junior designers

A DAY IN THE LIFE ...

- Work closely with creative leads to bring the team’s visual concepts to life
- Oversee appearance of the website and digital products on mobile, tablet and desktop
- Effectively translate branding and marketing strategies into exceptional creative UX/UI concepts
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Communicate regularly with Account Services, Strategy and Project Management team members to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
- Assist creative team in presenting work to clients
- Provide multiple design solutions for a given brief
- Play an active role in brainstorming sessions
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas
- Leverage ecosystem design system and maintain a local organized design library for your digital product
- Leverage data and consumer insights along with key priority indicators (KPIs) and signals to support and validate UX approach
- Provide design support during development and execution, ensure designs are implemented accurately and with the highest standard including accessibility standards

- Design Software Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard design software and tools, like:
UX/UI tools: Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq,
Software such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch and After Effects,
Usability testing tools such as: Morae, Silverback, UserTesting.com, or Inspectlet,
Website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst, Heatmaps, or CrazyEgg
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality design work
