Job Description

Your mission at Zarrin Roya is to follow up and carry out the affairs related to the treasury and register all the documents related to the accounts receivable and payable to evaluate the financial organization.

The key tasks and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

  • Control bank account balances.
  • Daily cash management and debt facilities management.
  • Prepare reports on foreign purchases.
  • Monitor accounts related to treasury accounting.
  • Handle matters related to obtaining and settling facilities.
  • Follow up on the required documents for obtaining banking approvals (facilities).
  • Issue all cash, drafts, and receivable and payable documents from customers.
  • Issue checks and payment documents as per payment instructions.
  • Prepare reports related to received facilities.
  • Record currency exchange rates for the currency box and foreign banks.
  • Complete forms related to facilities.
  • Follow up on matters related to bank guarantees and credits.
  • Control company bank accounts and resolution of banking discrepancies.
  • Provide any relevant reports and handle all tasks assigned by the financial manager.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a senior treasury specialist.
  • Strong in accounting principles.
  • Strong in accounting software.
  • Proficiency in reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability in English.
  • Ability in SAP-ERP.
  • Accountability.
  • People management and teamwork skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
