Job Description
-We require a professional Technical Manager at Asanbar (the leading company in developing freight mobile application) to: -Provide technical leadership and domain knowledge for app developers & software experts -Manage IT project execution and review code of peers for adherence to coding standards and design guidelines -Estimate and track time and effort necessary for completing tasks on-time -Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency (Stay abreast of advances in technology) -Review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation -Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports -Meet with department heads, CTO and project owner to solicit cooperation and resolve IT problems. -Reporting to: Project Owner and CTO *This position is available only for full-time candidates
Requirements
-BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field -At least 3 years working experience as an Technical manager or relevant managerial experience in IT industry -Excellent knowledge of technical management in app development -Deep understanding on design and implementing advanced applications for the Android/IOS platform -Presenting at least 1 high quality published app is necessary -Debugging and optimization skills -Work with outside data sources, web services and APIs -Expertise in PHP (Laravel) framework -Familiar with Agile methodology and Git version control system -Organizational requirements: -Excellent organizational skills -Excellent analytical and problem solving skills -Understanding of complex information and requirements -Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans -Good communications skills - written and verbal -Confidence in decision-making -A good team-playing mentality -Good leadership skills -Ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
