Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Description

The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager is one of the key business players in the company. The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager must have solid business understanding of company's business, customer's business and market knowledge. The Senior Sourcing Manager will not only focus on cost reduction, but also be able to extract the best value of the supplier base, build and conduct the supplier relationship management. The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager should be able to prepare Sourcing Solutions and Strategic Plans depending on different business cases. He/she will be able to represent the company towards the customer's procurement team and CPO, or can be a part of high level management meetings inside the company. The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager should have very good networking abilities, and business intelligence about Iranian Telecommunication market. Through efficient sourcing of products, services and solutions, the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager shall strengthen company's competitive position by maximizing supplier value, pro actively managing business risks and contributing to the creation of value for the Customer. The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager is accountable for evaluating, qualifying and selecting suppliers for the external purchase of all products and services: 1) to be delivered to Customers as part of or as an company product or service and 2) for internal use within company. The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager is also responsible for all commercial relationship with suppliers, defining the commercial conditions and price levels for different business cases. He/she should have contract management abilities.
