Recruitment Request:
We are seeking highly qualified candidates for the positions of Expert, Senior Expert, or Manager of Quality Assurance Group, to be based in our factories in Amol. These roles will focus on ensuring top-tier quality standards across our production processes.
Amol Meat Products, under the well-known brands Pemina, Filleh, Solico, and Kalleh, is one of the largest and most trusted producers of meat, poultry, seafood, and ready meals products in Iran. We are committed to consistently delivering healthy food products that meet both national and international standards, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for all our stakeholders. In line with this commitment, we are seeking to strengthen our Quality Assurance team, which plays a vital role in ensuring standardization and implementing both national and international standards across our factories.
Your Role:
You will collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance management team, focusing on identifying and analyzing factory processes, standardizing operations, and implementing compliant processes and quality management systems in line with industry standards.
Factory Locations:
Amol, Mahmoud Abad
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement food safety prerequisite programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 31000, and ISO 9001).
• Identify, control, and verify biological, chemical, and physical hazards in both products and processes.
• Serve as the qualified expert for preventive controls, ensuring the effective implementation and ongoing management of the food safety plan.
• Establish and lead the team to identify product non-conformities, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a food safety culture within the factory through established procedures, guidelines, and continuous training.
• Supervise compliance with preventive controls and regulatory standards.(allergen, hygiene, and supply chain controls, etc. )
• Manage customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct traceability drills.
• Audit, inspect, and review operational performance.
Job Requirements:
• Age: 30 – 40
• Gender: Preferably male
For male candidates, completion of military service or exemption is mandatory.
• Education: Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Industry, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance teams within a food production environment.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 31000, and ISO 9001, along with internal auditing (preferably certified).
• English Proficiency: Upper intermediate
• Software Proficiency:
