We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO & AI Search Strategist to lead the growth of our website's visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search and answer platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy covering Technical SEO, Organic Search, Content Strategy, Entity/Semantic SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI Search Visibility.
Key Qualifications
Google visibility: technical SEO, rankings, organic traffic, structured data, content, backlinks, etc.
AI/search-engine visibility: making your company and website easier for systems such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI/search systems to understand, retrieve, cite and recommend.
What abilities we are looking for?
We are looking for a Senior SEO + AI Search/GEO Strategist with these capabilities:
Technical SEO: crawlability, indexing, canonicalization, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, site architecture and international SEO if relevant.
Google Search expertise: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, ranking analysis, keyword/search-intent research and Google algorithm changes.
Analytics: ability to establish measurable KPIs and demonstrate whether SEO/AI-search work is actually producing business results.
Competitor research: identifying why competitors appear in Google and AI-generated answers and developing a strategy to close the gap.
Salary: the minimum salary for the first month is acording to Iranian Ministry of Labor wage (22 MT/month)
For second and third months the salary could increase up to 45 MT/ month
Duration: one month (Renewable for a period of six months, subject to the employer's approval.)

* Availability to be present at the Tehran office if required.
