Job Description
Proficiency in the business processes of at least one of the following areas: Production Planning (PP), Inventory Management and Logistics (IM/LE/WM), Purchasing, or Quality Management (QM).
Familiarity with integrated SAP business processes and cross-module integration.
Ability to analyze business requirements, communicate effectively with end users, and provide practical solutions.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
Intermediate English proficiency for reading and understanding technical documentation.
Provide daily user support and resolve operational issues in the SAP environment.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for production, warehouse, purchasing, and quality management processes. (Expertise in at least one of the mentioned functional areas is required.)
Collaborate with business units to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
Design and test solutions, prepare documentation, and train key users.
Work closely with technical and development teams to implement new business requirements and resolve system issues.
Willingness and ability to travel for business assignments outside the city.
