### Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow sales of electronic components across both **wholesale and retail channels**
* Identify, acquire, and develop new customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and market partners
* Develop sales plans and establish monthly and periodic sales targets
* Prepare clear and actionable plans to achieve sales objectives
* Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
* Identify new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities
* Analyze market demand and identify high-demand and commercially profitable electronic components
* Provide commercial recommendations for product sourcing and imports based on market demand and business opportunities
* Negotiate with customers and successfully close sales
* Work closely with management to develop and implement sales and market development strategies
