- Prepare and analyze reports regarding sales progress, performance and payment status
- Prepare & Forecast sales, based on different criteria and coverage for more accurate sales targets
- Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity
- Collect sales records, trends and evaluate performance
- Interpret results of overall sales and recommend promotion or change of personnel in under-productive departments
- Maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships through regular contract and advocacy
- Coordinating all sales efforts with Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
- Control the orders and customer’s contracts and delivery of the items on time
- Prepare weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual sales plan and reports based on company policies
- Manage, train and supervise Sales Persons
- Awareness of trade and market developments, monitor competitor activity and report information on brand, category and department performance on a regular basis.
Requirements
- At least bachelor degree in management and related fields or Industrial Engineering
- Mastering Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Soft Skill: Analytical thinking, Problem Solving, Creative, Self –Motivated, computer-literate and loyal to work
- Hard skill: Project Management, Performance Analysis, Risk Management, Reporting, Presentation, Fluent in English Language.
