Senior Product Designer

Job Description

Job Overview:
As a member of the product design team, you will play a crucial role in bringing integrated and user-friendly designs to market. Your expertise in designing digital products, particularly in the field of e-commerce, will be instrumental in helping the team achieve the goals of our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- User Research and Persona Recognition: Conduct comprehensive user research to understand user needs and behaviors, and develop detailed personas to guide the design process.
- Wireframe Design: Create detailed wireframes that outline the structure and functionality of the digital product.
- Prototype Creation: Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and facilitate usability testing.
- Design Systems: Understand and contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring scalable design solutions.
- User Interface Design: Develop user interface designs that are cohesive and aligned with the overall system design.
- Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on the output designs for both web and mobile products to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.

Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on digital products.
- Proficiency in Figma: Demonstrated expertise in using Figma for designing and prototyping.
- System Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of system design principles and the ability to use Figma to create required components.
- User-Centered Design: In-depth knowledge of the principles and processes of user-centered design.
- Agile and Scrum Familiarity: Familiarity with software development processes, particularly Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Responsive Design: Understanding the principles and rules of responsive design to ensure designs are effective across various devices.
- Mobile Application Design: Proficient in designing for mobile applications, with an understanding of mobile design principles.
