ASA Biotech is an active and reputable company in the field of pharmaceutical equipment and raw material trading. To expand its Sourcing team, the company is looking for a Senior Specialist with strong command of Turkish, both spoken and written.

Job Responsibilities:
• Negotiating with vendors and requesting quotations.
• Coordinating with Commercial, Logistics, Technical, and Finance teams to optimize the sourcing process.
• Collecting market information and analyzing price trends.
• Reviewing suppliers’ performance history and evaluating their performance.
• Identifying and evaluating domestic and international suppliers.
• Reviewing and analyzing suppliers’ commercial, technical, and financial terms.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Turkish, including business correspondence and negotiations.
• Familiarity with English, especially reading and writing.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Medicine, Genetics, Business, or other related fields.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Familiarity with INCOTERMS and basic principles of purchase contracts.
• Ability to analyze markets and pricing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM software.

• Working days and hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Fridays remotely.
