
Job Description
- Responsible for quality control of the process engineering discipline during the engineering, construction and commissioning phases. - Deliver or manage and review process engineering documentation for the project in accordance with TAF (Technical Authority Framework) - Prepare scope of work and CTRs (Cost, Time & Resource) input for process engineering discipline - Prepare design basis for process engineering discipline, generate conceptual options and define functional requirements for the processing facilities. - Perform Simulations of process/surface facilities using Hysys and other engineering tools and perform flow assurance calculations or review flow assurance reports. - Contribute to safety studies, in particular HAZID, HAZOP, FERA, and flare and relief assessment
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years professional experience in the oil & gas and energy business and international experience in on-/ off shore operated ventures - Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, in conceptual and front end design of new development projects and brownfield modifications and preparation of engineering documentation (design basis, heat & mass balance, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment list, data sheets, etc.) - Experience in process simulation (Hysys) - Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams - Willing to travel to foreign countries in which OMV has or might operate Branch Offices - Ability to work in an international multi-cultural environment. - Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously. - Demonstrating self initiative. Fluent command of English. High personal commitment to HSE.
