Senior PMO Analyst

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze project performance indicators to identify deviations, evaluate implementation trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Design and prepare analytical reports and management dashboards to enhance visibility into overall project portfolio performance and support management decisions.
Evaluate and improve PMO processes, procedures, and operational templates to enhance the effectiveness of the project management framework.
Assess project risks, changes, and compliance requirements, and follow up on corrective actions to minimize implementation deviations.
Develop and maintain the project knowledge base by documenting and analyzing lessons learned to facilitate knowledge transfer and improve future project performance.
Provide expert analysis and recommendations for improvement to the PMO Manager to strengthen project control, monitoring, and decision-making across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or a postgraduate qualification in MBA or Project Management.
Ability to manage and monitor projects using MS Project and the PMBOK framework.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Completion of military service or exemption from military service is mandatory.
