Responsibilities and Duties:
• Monitoring project performance in accordance with company processes.
• Monitoring contractors’ performance and work volumes.
• Preparing and maintaining relevant databases.
• Preparing project performance reports.
• Developing the project schedule.
• Preparing short-term/phase-based performance plans and communicating them to execution teams.
• Continuously following up and updating performance plans.
• Controlling overall project performance.
• Recording and analyzing project delays.
• Updating the project schedule.
• Preparing PMS and CBS.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Proficient in planning and control of EPC and EPD projects (priority given to experience in underground projects).
• Strong knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
• Proficient in Primavera P6.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Familiar with PMBOK processes.
• Proficient in delay analysis procedures.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Management.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
• English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate or higher.
• Age: Maximum 36 years.
• Gender: Male/Female.
