Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable engineer to join our rapidly growing team. The person applying for this role will be responsible for: - Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT and Telecom systems, including routers, switches, servers, PCs, operating systems including virtual machines, hardware, software, peripherals and Office Automation equipment. - Proactive monitoring and working with NOC on trouble reports of network - Provide network monitoring, incident response, communications management and reporting problems (24/7) - Ensure the smooth running of the network and services and follow-up tasks/issues due the specified SLA - Mitigate or resolve the incoming incident and support requests and escalate to appropriate teams as necessary - Secure network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation. - Site visit for the quality check - Network health check - Ticket handling
Requirements
-At least two years’ experience within the Network Operations Center (NOC) or Network Operations environment - Good Knowledge of Routing (BGP, OSP, EIGRP...), Switching, Security, protocols and technologies, how to troubleshoot them - Experience in Cisco and Mikrotik (CCNP Service provider will be preferred) - Experience in Wired and Wireless technologies (ADSL2+, VDSL2, DSLAM, WiFi, HotSpot, P2P Links, ...) - Must have good understanding of ITIL -Information Technology Certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, MikroTik is preferred) -Strong teamwork, interpersonal skill and interested in knowledge upgrading -Ability to communicate with all levels - High team-work motivation and ability - Ability to meet deadlines on time. - Problem solving skills -Good command of English - Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and customer requests -Based in Tehran
