Job Description
Objective: Leads the merchandising team in the organization ensuring merchandising goals are achieved. Main responsibilities : - Train, motivate, co-ordinate Wrigley merchandisers in Iran. - Coordinate and conduct initial interviews for new merchandisers upon approval of Country Manager and HR department. - Handles the planning and evaluation process for merchandisers. - Maintain, gain and improve outstanding displays of Wrigley brands at the hot spot in existing and new outlets. - To ensure excellent brand distribution with low out stocks, high visibility and availability of Wrigley's products to consumers. - Ensure all weekly & Monthly reports are accurate updated and received. - Handling customer complaints. - Use POP material to attract consumers and create awareness . - Inform the superior about any developments in the market. - Responsible for monthly planning in coordination with superior. - Create Action Plan based on company’s distribution strategies and ensure proper timely execution. - Analyze Retail reports as and when available. - Reporting to : Country Manager - Subordinates : 5 to 10 - Number required : Maximum 2 - Duration : Permanent - Desired start date : ASAP - Travel requirements : Extensive travel requirement within assigned territory - Gross monthly base salary : Negotiable - Commission / Bonus : Applicable - Other Benefits : Car allowance, Extended Health Insurance
Requirements
- University qualifications : Bachelor degree - Previous experience : Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience - Specialist knowledge : Computer skills, Word, Excel, Power-Point - Other Skills : Fluency in English speaking and writing, Selling Skills, Leadership Ability, Good Negotiation Skills - Ideal age : Max 35 - Gender preference : Male - Nationality preference: Iranian - Language skills : English
