Job description: ● Developing contacts with KOLs and professional end users. ● Providing market assessment and business plan. ● Determining the goals of the MedReps. ● Conducting and running strategies to introduce and educate products to physicians. ● Establishing marketing objectives. ● Planning and running various advertising campaigns and festivals. ● Monitoring budget and metrics. ● Analyzing and evaluating competitive trends to help define product. ● Create and maintain customers' loyalty. ● Monitoring the marketing activities of all sales member. ● Monitoring competitor sales and marketing activities. ● Overseeing market research, the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics, customer requirements and competitive trends to help define product marketing and go-to-market strategies. ● Conducting presentations, seminars and workshops.

Requirements

Requirements: ● Educational Background: Master’s degree in Biomedical engineering or MBA. ● At least 5 years of professional experience in the medical field. ● Communication and negotiation skills. ● Initiative, Independent and well-organized. ● Fluent in English. ● Good command of computer knowledge (MS. Office). ● Commitment and responsibility for the relevant duties. ● Teamwork spirit and ability to interact with other team members. ● Ability to work with Photoshop, SPSS, LinkedIn, and etc. ● Experience of specialized activity in the field of publishing content in various social networking. ● Soft skills and personality traits: Teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, creativity, work ethic, time management, multi-Tasking.
