Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the HSE strategy at the group level.

• Develop and communicate HSE standards, procedures, and frameworks.

• Assess safety, health, and environmental risks across different environments.

• Monitor the implementation of HSE requirements across subsidiaries and sites.

• Analyze incidents, near misses, and root causes and provide corrective actions.

• Design safety culture enhancement programs and HSE training.

• Monitor HSE indicators and provide management reports to senior leadership.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, standards, and related audits.

• Collaborate with General Services and Operations on building safety, services, and contractor safety.

• Lead preparedness and response programs for emergency situations.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HSE, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.

Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably 4 years at a managerial level.
