Job Description

● Drafting commercial contracts, legal letters, notices, etc. with respect to different service providers and other counterparties. ● Writing legal memos and conducting legally sound risk assessments on new projects initiated within the company. ● Liaising with governmental agencies and other relevant stakeholders when needed. ● Timely identification of legal/regulatory risks and providing the business teams with pertinent legal solutions. ● Registration of companies and affiliate entities. ● Drafting and submission of General Meeting and Board of Directors’ minutes to Registration Bureau.

Requirements

● Masters’ degree in law from a top tier law school; preferably with specialization in international trade law, private law, international economic law and related fields. ● At least 2-4 years of prior experience as an in-house counsel or a lawyer within a law firm. ● Contract negotiation techniques. ● Sound knowledge of commercial laws and regulations. ● Great level of business acumen. ● Project management skills. ● Agile, data-driven and results-oriented. ● Absolutely detail-oriented. ● Team player. Not a must but good to have: ● Prior experience within the Iranian startup ecosystem. ● Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulations and blockchain technology Bar Certificate. ● Intermediate to advanced level of English.
