Job Description
The objective of the role:
We are looking for a full-time senior legal expert to join our legal department at Harkat aval (CVC). Our mission is to invest in mid-stage startups, in the local and global entrepreneurial ecosystem. The candidate has to cooperate with the legal team.
List of responsibilities:
● To cooperate with the legal team on all legal matters related to the company and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to company registration, shares, board, shareholder meetings, and regulatory matters.
● To draft and review various types of contracts including investment agreements, SHAs, NDAs, HR contracts, etc.
● To review all contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
● To prepare, draft, and review various types of international and local contracts, memoranda, POAs, legal notes, letters, notices, warnings, revocations, terminations, declarations, etc.
● To submit company registration office applications concerning the incorporation of new companies and changes in existing entities.
● To prepare required internal reports.
● To archive all original, soft, and hard copies of relevant documents securely.
● To report to the legal manager.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 am to 5 pm.
