Job Description

Ensure that the local entity meets accounting and tax requirements of the country, and file required documents within the deadlines. Keep track of and ensure that the local entity remains properly registered with all relevant authorities. Keeping track of opening documentary credits and controlling documents to assure the work accuracy at the minimum possible time. Controlling the authenticity of the documents accompanying the accounting deeds in order to examine the accuracy of the amounts. Review reconciliation sheets and ensure that all sheets are balanced accordingly to the regulations and laws of the industry and bank. Assist in year-end closing processes Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. Undertakes systems analysis and recommends solutions that establish effective compatibility between the billing and financial systems that minimize the need for manual transactions. Co-ordinates with the external auditors to provide assistance, guidance and informed responses to queries during the course of the regular financial and system audits. Controlling all accounting documents, invoices, bank statements and petty cash The analysis of monthly accounting reports and budget units to maintain cost controls. Provide the Accounting Manager all necessary reports (Financial reports…). Perform cash planning and reporting to Corporate Treasury. Dominate the insurance rules Dominate the tax law Do all other duties as reasonably requested
