• Collect and analyze data of business GAPs from business goals and strategies.
• Identify critical business GAPs and departments performance GAPs as well as related KPIs.
• Determine Environmental Barriers.
• Evaluate processes and related barriers.
• Priorities root causes.
• Prepare report results pro actively
• Create a measurement plan together with stakeholders based on identified outputs
• Communicate with BPs & Enable them for Department Level
• Consolidating learning activities requirements
• Provide or implement learning solutions to support continuous improvement and training effectiveness.
• Support line management in collaboration with other groups/departments/key individuals
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Learning & Development specialist
• Work experience as a soft skill trainer is a plus.
• Experienced with L&D metrics.
• Analytical and goal oriented.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at top management.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Excellent active listening, rout cause analysis and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
