Job Description
The objective of the role: We export fish and shrimp to Russia, Australia, Iraq, Gulf countries, and we import fish from Norway, New Zealand, and China. ● Administrative activities in the export and import of goods and services such as coding of goods, determining the price of customs clearance, imports from the place of export, temporary admission, refund of import rights, export award process, the selection process of exporting country of the country. ● Review, analyze and improve the existing work practices and eliminate additional operations. ● Scheduling, organizing, and reporting. ● Follow up customs process for imports and exports. ● Follow up shipments. ● Following the total procedure for our imports and exports. ● Reporting to: Foreign Commercial Manager. ● Length of probation period: 3 Months. ● Working hours: 8-4:30. ● Travel requirements: Yes. ● Commission, bonus, and benefits: Yes. ● Work office: Azadi Ave.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or MBA from a reputable university. ● At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of exports, purchasing, customs clearance, freight cargo. ● Awareness of all customs and government laws that affect the process of domestic and foreign purchases. ● Active in the field of business and interested in challenging environments. ● Fluent in English. ● Speaking Russian is a plus. ● Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel. ● Teamwork experience. ● Interested in learning. ● Committed to providing quality and professional reports. ● Ability to communicate effectively. ● Active and spontaneous. ● Experience and recognition of various types of transportation air freight, sea freight, and transit. ● Knowledge of the procedures, rules, and documents required by governmental and international organizations and relevant organizations such as; industry and mining trading, chamber of commerce, trade development, customs. ● Familiarity with customer relationship technology, negotiation techniques, technical meetings, and problem-solving methods. ● Familiarity with consumer behavior patterns, communication marketing, market segmentation and planning based on organizational goals, familiarity with statistical tables, and sales engineering.
