
Job Description
• Supervising the job progresses by receiving reports, conducting necessary meetings and required controls on periodic intervals. • Preparing analytical reports regarding related organizational activities in human resource area based on reports and related forms, in order to provide information to management; • Probing and assessing employees’ work according to rules, regulations and instructions, in order to improve activities’ qualities and preventing any activities unfit for the organization’s needs; • Planning to strengthen the human relations at the work place through reports, meetings, periodic and occasional visits, using informational systems in order to promote employees qualitative and quantitative performances and defining motivational measures; • Developing strategies, procedures, guidelines, policies and human resource plans through reports and meetings in order to realize policies, guide lines and company goals; • Analyzing company’s employees’ abilities and forecasting future human resources needs to upgrade company’s capacity; • Probing and supervising company’s administrational and executional procedures and performing required tasks, in order to observe current rules and regulations; • Getting input from top management in order to recognize and define recruitment inquiries; • Defining job vacancies in the company based on organizational chart; • Executing periodic recruitment calls to obtain fresh and renewing the companies capacity in different departments; • Conducting job interviews with applicants about their job experience, education level, training and skills, work conditions and advantages, reviewing their references, recognizing and recruiting effective and professional work force; • Organizing, guiding and coordinating employees’ work tasks based on company’s goals; • Developing and implementing personnel contracts and making essential planning to use available resources based on management needs and using them in an optimized way; • Developing and implementing disciplinary guidelines in alignment with current performed rules and company’s needs; • Employees performance appraisal according to their job description and crating motivational conditions aiming at improving qualitative levels of performing the assigned tasks and establishing a healthy competitive atmosphere; • Helping and orienting new employees about company, job and job description and planning and guiding them towards the company’s goals; • Recognizing company’s needs and giving suggestions to run trainings to improve performance and empowering employees; • Planning, organizing, guiding and controlling personnel-related matters, trainings and defining work relationships within the company; • Managing all tasks related to personnel’s performance management, safety, recreation and welfare.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree majoring in Management or Business related fields, minoring in Human Resources would be an advantage; • Strong knowledge of computer skills and MS Office; • At least 5 years of experience in a related field; • Capable and interested in team work; • Good command of English language would be an advantage; • Strong skills in writing, coordination, and team work, decision making, time management; • Knowledge and dominance in all management and supervisions such as organizing, planning, control and supervision, executive skills; • High skills in problem probing, sound judgment and problem solving; • Familiarity with quality control standards and ability to recognize the organization’s needs; • Excellent knowledge of labor laws, social security and familiar with principles of organizational structures; • Excellent knowledge of job classification and personnel and administration topics; • Well experienced in human resource and administration processes such as recruitment, training and performance appraisal; • Well experienced in developing and implementing training processes and supervising the training effectiveness; • Familiarity and ability in codification of regulations, instructions and ….
