Job Description
Depending on your experience, you will assume the role of lead or senior full-stack developer. You are a motivated full-stack developer with some solid experience, and you are ready to take your skill to the next level. You can work independently without a hitch, but you also thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Principal accountabilities are: - Create and develop performance report, delivery method, and scope of work - Take the lead in setting project targets and priorities per specified timelines - Take the lead in assigning tasks to team members and ensure on-time delivery per specified requirements and quality - Schedule code reviews and establish best practices among team members - Remain knowledgeable of current technology and carry out research to identify new trends that can be used to achieve maximum results - Take the lead in building and managing a team of high performers
Requirements
Technical Competencies: - Solid understanding of PHP - Solid understanding of LARAVEL or other frameworks of PHP - Proven experience with Linux - Proficient with database design, optimization, and tuning in SQL - Well-versed with front-end code - Solid knowledge of Rest API - Understanding of Mobile Development (Android/IOS) - Being familiar with PHPUnit is a plus - 5+ years of web development experience Behavioral Competencies: - Fluent in English - Excellent problem-solving skills - Flexible and dynamic approach to business situation.
