Senior Full Stack Developer
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with more than 6 years of professional software development experience to design, develop, deploy, and maintain modern, scalable, and reliable software applications.
The successful candidate should have strong experience in backend and frontend development, relational databases, scripting, CI/CD, and application deployment. Familiarity with mobile application development, platform architecture, and infrastructure design is also expected.
The role requires the ability to work across the complete software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and implementing UI/UX designs to backend development, database integration, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web-based applications and services.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using technologies such as .NET, Node.js, Go, or equivalent technologies.
• Develop modern, responsive, and maintainable frontend applications.
• Implement UI/UX designs provided by designers, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Translate business and technical requirements into maintainable software solutions.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and other appropriate service interfaces.
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or equivalent platforms.
• Design database schemas, write and optimize queries, and maintain data integrity and application performance.
• Develop automation and operational scripts using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Participate in application architecture and technical design decisions.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, secure, and well-documented code.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to development standards and engineering best practices.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and application tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Work with source-control and collaborative development platforms such as Git, GitLab, or GitHub.
• Participate in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Support software deployment and release strategies.
• Deploy and operate applications across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, security, UI/UX, QA, product, and business teams.
• Contribute to the design of reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable application platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Support integration of web platforms with mobile applications and external systems.
Required Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or another closely related field.
Professional Experience
• Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining production-grade web applications.
• Strong experience working across both frontend and backend components of software systems.
• Proficiency in at least one backend technology such as .NET, Node.js, Go, or an equivalent technology.
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Bash or Python.
• Experience implementing provided UI/UX designs into responsive and production-ready user interfaces.
• Experience working with at least one relational SQL database such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and common deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with mobile application development concepts and integration requirements.
• Familiarity with platform architecture and infrastructure design concepts.
