Collect and analyze the data needed to close monthly accounts, prepare financial statements and tax and insurance affairs, and make referrals in a certain schedule.
Participate in the monthly account closing process.
Cooperate in responding to internal and external control institutions
Control and monitor accounts and resolution of possible discrepancies, follow-up on settlement of accounts, contracts, debts, and claims of the company.
Check, register, and issue financial documents in the accounting system.
Prepare reconciliation with companies and suppliers.
Issue fixed asset documents and depreciation calculations.
Cooperate and supervise the registration of accounting documents at the appointed time for the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
Control over the correct implementation of procedures and registration of accounting documents and cooperation in the development of instructions and regulations required by the unit.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or other related fields.
At least 3 years and upmost 6 years of relevant experience.
Teamwork skills and high flexibility.
Skilled in personal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Accuracy and perseverance in following up on matters.
Ability to manage situations under high pressure.
Familiarity with insurance laws, taxes, and accounting standards.
