Job Description

  • Collect and analyze the data needed to close monthly accounts, prepare financial statements and tax and insurance affairs, and make referrals in a certain schedule.
  • Participate in the monthly account closing process.
  • Cooperate in responding to internal and external control institutions
  • Control and monitor accounts and resolution of possible discrepancies, follow-up on settlement of accounts, contracts, debts, and claims of the company.
  • Check, register, and issue financial documents in the accounting system.
  • Prepare reconciliation with companies and suppliers.
  • Issue fixed asset documents and depreciation calculations.
  • Cooperate and supervise the registration of accounting documents at the appointed time for the preparation of quarterly and annual reports.
  • Control over the correct implementation of procedures and registration of accounting documents and cooperation in the development of instructions and regulations required by the unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years and upmost 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Teamwork skills and high flexibility.
  • Skilled in personal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Accuracy and perseverance in following up on matters.
  • Ability to manage situations under high pressure.
  • Familiarity with insurance laws, taxes, and accounting standards.
