Job Description

Our company is looking for a talented senior experienced lawyer (high-level position in EPD, drilling, subsurface, and geology contracts) to join our dynamic legal team.

Range of duties:

Advising to various departments regarding its activity and contracts;
Drafting and support of project contracts (including EPD, subsurface Oil and Gas industries, supply, geology, supervising, and TPI contracts) in English in compliance with the company’s standard terms and conditions, and international practice;
Conducting negotiations with contractors and Iranian customers, mainly in English;
Provision of legal advice and consultation on legal and compliance matters to ensure adherence to Company policies as well as Iran laws and regulations;

Requirements

Master’s degree in Law or higher;
At least 7 years of experience in OPEX contract, subsurface, EPD, drilling, supply, geology; and complex delivery;
Managerial skills and experience as an advantage;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Experience in Oil and Gas/drilling/Oil services/workover contract legal support as an advantage;
Ability to solve problems and identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems;
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask on several projects and issues simultaneously;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work in a multicultural environment;
In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, international trade law, and local laws and regulations.
