Job Description

● Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and advertising campaigns. ● Plan, implement, and maintain a presence on social media. ● Measure the performance and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns and evaluate their performance against the goals defined for the campaigns. ● Identify market trends and optimize performance and resource consumption, according to market trends. ● Provide creative thinking and strategies for growth and development. ● Design, implement and measure various conversion rate optimization tests (achieving goals). ● Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience of the pages. ● Use strong analytical power to evaluate customer experience in different channels and all communication stages through them. ● Set effective points for conversion rate and sales funnel optimization. ● Cooperate with organizations and other colleagues. ● Evaluate emerging technologies, applying them with appropriate thought and leadership for coordination and use when needed.

Requirements

● Getting to know the optimization method of online market methods. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or other related fields. ● Work experience in the field of digital marketing. ● Work experience in the field of leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, or advertising campaigns. ● High creativity with experience in identifying target audiences, and building digital campaigns to interact, inform and motivate audiences. ● Experience in optimizing landing pages and sales funnels. ● Experience in the field of double testing (A/B testing) and multivariate. ● Strong knowledge of Website Traffic Analysis tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, and WebTrends). ● Knowledge of how to work with advertising tools. ● Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. ● Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. ● Knowledge of the latest news, trends, and best practices for measurement and marketing.
