Fullerton Strategy seeks Senior Consultant to advise a New Zealand based Telecommunications Company on their potential expansion into the Middle East. The successful candidate would be employed on a part time consultancy basis, reporting directly to the Board. Your technical expertise in the Middle East telecoms market, in particular in Iran, Kuwait and Oman, will inform their decisions on R&D, marketing, business competition and expansion.
Requirements
- Good understanding of MENA technical environment, with a minimum of five years working in the MENA telecoms field. Knowledge of Iran, Kuwait and Oman an advantage.
- Experience of network planning and infrastructure (physical and logical). SCADA experience would be beneficial.
- Experience of working with and negotiating with national and international suppliers
- Degree in engineering or related subject
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Experience of assuring/implementing network security (desired)
- Experience of working with regulatory authorities (desired)
