Senior Business Manager - Yogurt Business

Job Description

● Maintain a keen awareness of marketplace competition and keep executive management abreast of such threats through effective communication. ● Develop the business strategy and overall business group direction. ● Information on evolving category situation/ brand performance, market trends, share evolution, consumer immersion, and feedback, brand analysis, activity-specific analysis, etc. ● Responsible for continually developing Solico Group’s brand and building increasing awareness in the market place. ● Drive all actions needed to develop the marketing plans for the brands to the overall business group plan. ● Develop commercial plans in coordination with supply chain, production, sales, and trade marketing.

Requirements

● At least 15 years of managerial experience in the FMCG industry (food and/or dairy industry is considered as a privilege). ● Experience in international companies or being a CEO is an advantage. ● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Business, Finance, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or IT Engineering (preferably from top universities). ● Excellent communication skills. ● Mastery in conflict management. ● Good knowledge of finance. ● Familiar with marketing, production, sales, and supply chain disciplines. ● Fluent in English. ● Result-oriented. ● Strategic and analytical thinking. ● Business acumen. ● Leadership and team-building skills. ● Familiar with SAP is an advantage.
