Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the following responsibilities: ● Develop, analyze and choose the most suitable offers for cooperation and business growth with the support of the solution, technical and operation departments. ● Use knowledge of the market and competitors, to identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators. ● Deliver results against ambitious targets while enlisting support across product, technology, operations, Marketing, and compliance. ● Manage internal stakeholders including operations, and solution development, for timely/successful delivery/issue resolution. ● Identify and escalate, on a continuous basis, areas of improvement in approaching, retaining, and internally managing clients and sharing with management. ● Define partnership strategies and execute go-to-market plans that demonstrate a compelling value proposition for both parties. ● Provide market feedback to help shape Oplanet’s GTM strategy for new products. ● Review and maintain metrics to ensure accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports. ● Align the business strategy and growth plans with the target community. ● Plan and prioritize activities based on criticality. ● Forecast commercial targets and meet them.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of work experience in relevant fields. ● Proven working experience as a business development manager. ● Experience wearing many hats throughout these different stages of growth, not being afraid to get their hands dirty. ● Knowledge of the e-commerce and retail industry. ● Business development knowledge. ● Strategic thinking. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. ● Strong ability to solve problems and handle difficult objections.
