Here at Hermes Capital, we are looking for a senior accounting specialist to examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements, give advice, or audit and evaluate statements prepared by others. Install or advise on systems of recording costs or other financial and budgetary data.
Responsibilities:
● Examine records to ensure recording of transactions and compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
● Prepare, analyze, or verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial conditions and facilitate financial planning.
● Preparation of all statutory accounting reports and consolidated financial statements.
● Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment activities and recommend changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions.
● Responsible for all taxes & SSO obligations.
● Cooperate with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing.
Responsible for monthly verification of payroll with the coordination of HR, including incentives, overtime, etc., and monthly accrual for staff benefits & make general entries accordingly.
