Job Description

- Implementation and working with integrated accounting systems. (eg. Sepidar, Hamrahan, Nosar ...) - Working with software for analysis and issue of different kinds of accounting documents for commercial companies. (Accounting standards No-1) - Cash flow control. (Bank & cash transactions & Bank Reconciliation, petty cash...) - Payroll accounting using Excel. - Building insurance list using Tamin Ejtemai software. -Prepare physical flow of inventory, Sales and Purchase - Write and document financial ledger in compliance with rules defined by government for approval or rejection of financial ledgers. - Building useful managerial and important reports - Prepare fundamental financial statements and attached notes. - Withholding tax accounting. - Building added-value declaration statement. - Preparing seasonal sales and purchase reports. - Inventory data entry - Financial accounting data entry - Analysis of accounts - Documenting financial transactions by entering account information - Accomplishing the result by performing the duty - Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Controlling Expenses and Reporting, Excel expert

Requirements

- University Qualifications: BSc in Accounting - Experienced in designing accounting structures for different companies. - Skilled in preparing and analyzing the financial statements and financial reporting - Skilled in MS Office - Ability to remain positive and encouraging during stressful situations - Familiar with accounting standards in accounting process with high attention to practical points. - Familiar with tax rules and regulations (Direct taxation rule, Added-value and related statements and instructions) - Familiar with financial and tax auditing. - Familiar with tax & SSO regulation - At least 1 year related experience
