Job Description

● Answer phone calls. ● Coordinate meetings with managers. ● Prepare letters and administrative documents. ● Archive documents. ● Notify managers about the weekly schedule. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5 pm; and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Requirements

● Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. ● Familiarity with English. ● Age range: 20 to 35 years old. ● Gender preference: Female. ● Punctual and regular. ● Teamwork ability. ● Proficient in Farsi and English typing.
