• To perform all routine tasks related to take call and connecting to individuals, faxing, copying and retrieve documents, letters, reports, emails, etc
• To greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate individuals
• Recording, issuing and archiving of incoming and outgoing letters
• To organize and coordinate meetings & appointments
• Maintain schedules and calendars
• To provide written & oral translation from English to Persian and vice versa for managers if needed
• Arranging travel reservations and accommodations regarding request
• To save client and supplier contact details
• Making any necessary documents by word, excel and power point for the MD
• To perform any other duties requested by management

Requirements
• Qualification: Min. B.A. degree in related area, graduated from a well-known University
• Language skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point,…) and Internet
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Min. related experience: 3 years
• Gender: Female
• Preferable age: 22-35 years
