- Ability to manage internal office
- Answering phone calls
- Handling incoming mail and other material (Telegram & WhatsApp)
- Assisting the management in other tasks and activities (Coordinating with clients of their requirements)
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Archiving reports, memos, letters and other documents
- Reporting to Managing Director
- Working hours: Saturday -Wednesday 9 am- 5pm, Thursday 1 pm
Requirements
- University degree
- High energy level and flexibility
- 3 years of experience
- Effective communication and public relations
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Internet
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Being very responsible and creative
- Fast typing skill
- Talent to maintain a good relationship with staff and clients
